It’s nothing wrong with r&b artist getting someone else to write songs for artist…err singers. Hip Hop is unique in the fact we expect the artist to create the songs. Its not like we judge their vocal ability. I f we did everyone would be listening to Timbo’s homeboy.

Good lookin Franchise! That Library of a Legend is what sparked My Dilla kick. I figured maybe I had been too critical of Dilla & in light of all the praise(asskissing) that’s been going on in memory of His passing, I managed to find one of those discs & I quickly realized I may have been a little hasty in saying Dilla was overrated. Overhyped, definitely. Overrated, maybe not.
