“That fool” was just making an observation that just because something is obviously harmful to you (as both cigarettes and crack are) that doesn’t seem to stop people from doing it in some cases (again, like with cigarettes and crack).
I was just pointing out that there are millions of dollars spent every year trying to stop people from smoking but millions of people still do it anyway. So, when you look at something like crack, the epidemic of which is largely swept under the rug (I don’t see too many commercials telling kids not to do crack) then I can see why people still do it.
That’s all this “fool” was trying to say.
