T.I. And Ludacris On Stage Together In Atlanta

Buckle up. Long round about post.

I was listening to this T.I.P. instrumental (Acts I-III, all three in one mp3 if you want to listen as well), readying this post and uploading some other instrumental albums.

Scanning the net, I came across these pics of T.I. and Luda performing together in Atlanta & thought…”Damn, hip-hop beef really is on some wrestling shit.” Jay & Nas. 50 & ‘Ye. T.I. & Luda.

It’s all dramatics and real feminine, but at least it’s being kept on wax. Brothers are saying harsh shit & as wack as it may seem in afterthought, at least it’s at a point where they’re saying “Aiight, that’s enough man. We gave the fans a good showing. Let’s go pop some bottles instead of pistols.”

I came to that realization because then I stumbled across this audio of Tupac’s last interview, which Sway alluded to in his Smoking Session with us. I’d heard bits and pieces of the interview but never in it’s entirety (somebody rip that shit to mp3 for me). It’s all semi-haunting when you hear Pac speaking on B.I.G., Puff, the Quad shooting, etc. It makes you really long for the chance to turn back time and let all the parties involved get a do-over like when you were a kid.

So, I don’t take these made for media “beefs” too seriously. It’s for entertainment purposes only.

Nobody’s dying.

And at least they’re not stabbing folks in the ass, word to David Darnell Brown.
