Ahhh…Buck flipped that Buster Williams something lovely. I miss Big and Pac like everyone else, but I really miss Big L. Had he lived long enough to master the art of a well-crafted hip-hop song, the sky would have been the limit. As a pure rapper, he was so nice with it.
A couple of weeks ago, we were chopping it up about Dre. I just got done talking biz with one of my guys and we were discussing Dre and his music. There’s a piece that ran in the Source a few years ago that kind of shed some light on how things went down with in-house Aftermath producers and their dealings with him. I know the Real Anon. was vouching for Dre, and I’m not disputing that, but I found this interesting, as well.
