If you’re looking for real words, the fort is being held down over @ KING this morn with “Now I’m In The Limelight…”. Holler @ your folks by dropping a comment.

Technical difficulties & I couldn’t get the KING link to work in the article so there it is.
Company Flow…cot damn. That’s the only time where I actually appreciate El-P’s production (And the Cannibal Ox album as well).
“Krazy Kings” is my shit though.
“Bad Touch Example”

Mary J. Blige’s “Real Love” remix featuring Biggie Smalls should be on this cd… and Ludacris is on here, why?
pretty much lost points as a DJ…
^LOL@LUDA being ol’ school, classical.
But on a high note, that “Read a Book” song is excatly what our youth needs someone thats gonna scoop down to their level to uplift intelligence.
Ima go read “Poor Man, Rich Man” right after work, *classic*.
yo there might be problem with that golden era of hiphop link. It looks like its worth the DL!
Laterzzz!
Hmmm…
I was sent that “Read A Book” single around a year and a half ago.
Never knew who sent it either.
http://www.rosenbergradio.com/2007/07/05/dont-get-gassed-funk-flex-will-still-shut-shit-down/
Found this on the rap-up, it’s a ’90s set by flex from 7/4/07. Have not got a chance to listen to it yet.
“You’re faggot like Sprockets, and Motherfuck the Houston Rockets”
When dude said that in 94, I was like “man, they bitter about not winning the championship”. Shit made me laugh….
H-town all day, baby.
On the real… Funcrusher Plus used to be in heavy rotation during my junior year of high school.
It was like 4 other cats in my whole school that even had that album. We used to quote that joint at the lunch table, and the girls that sat with us used to think we was on some other shit!
“Silence” was probably one of my favorite joints on that record.
I wonder how many people that visit TSS regularly have never even heard that joint, or never heard of Co Flow period?
Big Jus and El-P one of the sickest duo’s to bless the chrome. Co flow had rhyme schemes which to this day stand the test of time.
That Dora video is FuuuUnny.
Silly me, I thought EVERYBODY knew Co. Flow & I know i’ve written about that album before. I won’t call it a “classic” but i will say it was @ the top of the list for a few albums that defined a shining period in music.
