While I definitely do not believe that he is the best rapper alive by any stretch of the imagination, i will admit that he is quite entertaining and flows well in many instances. I didn't realize how popular his music was even in Jamaica (where i'm from) until he performed in the island recently. He did a fabulous job of entertainng the crowd and was very well received. Even for those who judge artistes based on perceived personality, it's hard to hate Wayne, (unless you're very traditional or closed minded)because he has a little charisma.
